研究兴趣

²  气体信使小分子(CO, H2S等)药物化学生物学研究:发展新颖的脱笼(decaging)化学,用于气体信使小分子的可控靶向递送,并研究其在相关重大疾病的发生、发展以及治疗方面的作用。

²  新型Click化学的发现及其相关化学生物学研究:发展新颖的Click反应,并用于相关的化学生物学研究,包括生物正交前药的设计,生物大分子的可逆可视化标记等。

²  抗感染、抗肿瘤靶向小分子药物的设计合成:基于传统药物化学策略,进行抗感染、抗肿瘤小分子靶向药物的设计与合成。
